After a lengthy process to complete the form, receiving several quotes from prospective insurers, I was disappointed that the providers didn't deliver on their quotes. Additionally, no explanation was provided as to why.

I have received a quote for Tesco home insurance on 10/2/24 saying the price was £144.58 and I had only 3 days to get this price. I purchased my policy on 12/2/24 and it came out £159.68. I was surprised that it did not match with the quote and it could not be changed.

I do not have a mobile telephone and am sight impaired. I cold not complete my online application because of this. Why do I need a mobile? It has nothing to do with home/comtents insurance. A long telephone call ensued IT TOOK FOUR HOURS TO GET THE WHOLE THING SORTED. iT;S RUBBISH AND i WILL NOT BE DEALING THIS WAY AGAIN

After filling in all my detail and paying on my Visa card exposing all my details I had no confirmation of my transaction so the next day I repeated the procedure thinking I may have forgotten to press a button nothing happened event thought my back ask me to confirm payment ? maybe no one is at home in the home insurance dept

Chose a company from the list which suited my requirements the best, got to the payment page and tried tried to complete. Then spent over 3 hours being asked questions, most of which I'd already answered on line Eventually I gave up and renewed with my existing company

I tried going through Confused but ended more confused because it appear Confused were not talking to Admiral so that when I tried too complete the deal Admiral had no idea. I, therefore, had to start from the beginning with Admiral and now I have two quotes. BUT, do I have a Home Policy? Who knows.

Filled in all questions on line was approved so paid in full. Then I get a call asking to verify my cover asked me a few more questions which I’d already answered on line and they then doubled the quote so I cancelled. In my opinion this mounts to legal scamming suck you in with a good deal then call you after you’ve paid asking for more money. On asking for a total refund they agreed but charged me £5 for the privilege NEVER AGAIN.
