I cannot buy the insurance I want it will not let me proceed This is on all the insurance companies, when I get to the payment page it says error please try later This is incredibly frustrating as I have to go through it all again I will lose my benefits with confused.com if I renew directly with the existing company

I spent over 4 hours in 3 days trying to establish why you locked me out trying to pay for a new policy which failed time and again because I don`t have mobile telephone. I am 85 and have had a phone since 1964. At my age I don`t need a mobile phone never had. I will never ever try to do business with you and will tell my relatives and friends. Why don`t you state before starting the process " no smart phone take your business else where " ???????? Miss P Davies Well you certainly fooled me

I was promised monthly free drinks if I signed up. Which I did. No notification of how to claim my offer. I write 2 chat notes asking about my reward and never had a response. Very poor show…….

Despite how I completed your quote form it got transposed to Esure wrongly causing me to have to pay an AP of 25 quid to correct your mistake. Otherwise I would not have had Personal Possessions cover and where I had specified my Wifes Bike you turned it into a lap top. I want my money back

Poor experience. Tesco home ins suggested by Con.com, went through whole form, then said they could not insure me this time but passed me to another company. their form was horrendous and confusing so gave up. Went to MoneySM.com..sorted immediately with a really good deal. Will not use you again or recommend you.

Went with Confused because of the alleged 'reward ', which, when I tried to claim, wasn't able to!! I was told that a claim had already been made at my address- really?! I have never had or claimed anything previously from Confused.com, as I explained to them via the 'help' section, which I've had no reply to. If they're not actually going to willingly honour these 'rewards ' without making it difficult or complicated, they shouldn't offer them. I don't think I'll be using them again.

When i got a quote which was very reasonable i then had to phone the company and was told that the quote i received was not possible. It was the same company that i am with at the moment, so why is their such a large difference between what was quoted on your web site and the one i had from Intelligent direct. So why use Confused.com

It's crazy I got several quotes in for my car. All looked OK. In EVERY instance when I went to buy the price increased, a couple by £180/200?? I think companies bung a cheap price out just to get on top of the chart. Infuriating. I ended up ringing ADMIRAL and actually SPOKE to someone. Proved cheaper than anything on Confused.com which I now see as a con and a total waste of time.

Decided to proceed with a home insurance quote but could not implement the policy because the "system was down" over a 2 day period,which did not instill confidence about a possible future online claim.No purchase completed.
