I didn't like being bombarded with emails by the companies i looked into and the hard sell from Confused.com telling me i didn't have long to decide - it all felt too pushy and commercial

I don’t know whether there was a fault on your site or my iPad but I was asked for my password and email which was accepted but later was asked for it again and despite trying, repeating the details I got a blank screen and it said I had given the wrong password. So gave up.

I had hoped that I had found reasonable insurance policies however when I was sent to the companies the prices were not as you quoted, not all information such as claims etc was passed over to them. I was either denied as they didnt offer the cover needed or the prices were doubled.

Found a good price of which I wanted to accept, unable to complete online, so when phoned provider they wanted £12 to take payment, well they lost out I did not go ahead !!! Won’t be using again !

I have been trying to pay Churchhill for my insurance. I have given them my bank details but, they come back with problems and can't put my payment through. I am concerned because my house and contents are not insured at the moment.

Although the following was emailed to me as an apology I do find it unacceptable. We’re sorry, some of the information on our car and home insurance comparison pages wasn’t showing quite right. Specifically, a few extras that should’ve been included with some brands were mistakenly shown as missing. The issue has been fixed now and it didn’t affect what was actually included in the cover or the prices. But it might have made comparing options a bit confusing, and we’re really sorry for that. Thanks for bearing with us. If you still need insurance you can head back to the website and compare your quotes.

Unable to get quote on site you advised me,Admiral were a complkete waste of time.Tried several times to redeem the quote but unable to get through to the.Have switched over to Go Compare and sorted it out in 20 minutes.

I felt I was getting the run around every time I decided that was the insurance I require you offered more with more money to pay this went on and on until I gave up and called my old insurance on the phone no pressure a human being to speak to, you have gone to far I felt stressed when using your site what happened to simple.
