I asked for a quote to include accidential Damage cover, in Full. That was NOT what was offered!

Minimal options provided after a very long input process. GAVE INACCURATE QUOTE. Spoke to One Insurance who confirmed quote incorrect and then advised they had no business to offer me!!!! Absolutely useless!!!!!

Confused.com! Certainly confusing. Got a quote & then went to the providers website by clicking on the link, & the premium was over 10% higher than the premium confused.com had quoted. Spoke to the provider & they say that the premiums given on confused com are only a guide. Well, what's the point then!!!?

I am unable to access the £20.00 sainsburys voucher because my address is not one you have on the screen. If I can’t put my address in I can not get my voucher.

I am over 80 and found it very difficult to compare between your quote and a very good reduction on my renewal. I am not very computer minded and find things difficult for this. Hence I have decided to remain with my original company. Thank you.

When I tried to phone to clarify some points on the policy the person I spoke to was very rude and disrespectful to me and I would not want to deal with a person like that if I needed to place a claim. So ended up taking my home insurance with a broker, although they were slightly more expensive I would rather pay more for personal care and service.
