Purchased via TopCashback purely because of the rewards only to be advised I am not eligible, already reluctant to use again after buying travel insurance and not offered rewards again .. we have bought lots of insurance over the years so even more frustrating

Terrible experience. Went through whole procedure and entered my bank details believing the insurance had been bought as it said successfully completed only to find out days later I had no insurance

it was an awful experience. I tried to buy from 3 separate companies and each time was blocked by AI. There is no phoe number. There is no human to help. I spent five hours on it over two weeks. Don't waste time with it. It is useless.

I could not pay on-line and had to call but no-one could help as they all had to consult other people in your organization. All I want to do was pay you but seems impossible.

I answered all questions to get a quote. This took some time, with named itemised possessions too. The quote arrived and was cheaper than my current policy, however when I read small print the itemised items had not been included in the quote making it inaccurate cover and price for my needs. Very disappointing.
