Not very impressed with this service at all, - I will not be using it again. I spent an entire morning pressing buttons, talking to a dumb machine which ultimately offered up just 3 Insurance Companies, all of which were far more expensive than the quote from my existing insurer. Your website is far too complex, and difficult to use when it comes to saving / re-accessing quotes, due to the laborious process of security passwords. A complete waste of my time !!

As we are a comparison website, we don’t calculate the prices you receive and these are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. Home insurance part was Ok but then I was invited to claim a reward which I did (£20 Halfords voucher) and have received nothing. Not good.

I’ve chosen my policy holder on several occasions over several days and it keeps crashing out with no insurance purchased. Tried contacting Admiral to no avail either!

This review form asks me if I bought contents insurance from 'Lemonade Ace', no one else, which tells it's own story. Information is very badly presented with absolutely no information about what each company includes in their policies. Also the number of spam emails I received after I had to create an account to get basic information increased dramatically. Probably just a coincidence though. I'll do my own research in future.

The qutes provided are vastly diffrent from those given when transfered to the websites. Like 20% diffrent. Not a good look. Won't use again

Confused was easy to use however when I then selected the insurer and went to their page didn't work, tried several times. I ended up going elsewhere.

I had been given £274 for home insurance then when went to insurance company website were charging £363. So be careful

Got quote with Admiral tried to pay online but failed called back next day and the quote had gone up. After deciding to continue with quote was told there had been a mistake and it had gone up another £100 so just renewed with original company I was with last year overall disappointed as would of liked the voucher and coffee! Maybe next year

The insurance was difficult to find out just what was covered. We used the chat and was given a quote of £80.000 for a home freezer contents. Decided to give this one a miss as we said we were not a commercial freezer or supermarket. We only have four small drawers in freezer.

I completed a quote request honestly and stated that I had made a claim for subsidence and was quoted £458.73. When I tried to buy the policy it said I need to call the insurer (intelligent Insurance) which I did only to be told the policy was now £1978.09
