“Unable to redeem £20 voucher unable to actually activate the claim. I have been in contact with customer service 3 times now and still not able to find out how to do this as I get ‘ your access has been denied’ pls contact us- I’m going round in circles - not happy!”

“Finding home insurance was easy and I saved money by finding a cheaper quote. As long as loyalty is penalised by insurance companies the will be a need for price comparison sites. Confused. Com made the job easier.”
