“It seems like a scam. At first, Confused.com offered a reward for purchasing a policy through their platform. However, after I bought the policy, they removed my rewards without any notice or email communication.
It appears that they often inflate policy prices and then offer a £20 gift card as an incentive. That’s exactly what happened to me, and later, all my rewards were removed without explanation.
Please be cautious — this feels misleading and unfair to customers.”
