“Comparing insurance policies was easy. Easy to tweak searches and change information. Prices were competitive if you factor in the reward voucher. Getting the reward voucher required the app,which I wasn't happy about. The voucher needs a bit of effort on your part to receive. Would use Confused again if competitive.”

“I tried at least 4 comparison sites, my original insurer and others. Confused gave the best offer and I went with it being very satisfied with my experience. I did not give the full 10 marks because after paying the new insurer there was no immediate follow up about the offers on the Confused website that you may be able to claim if you bought your insurance through the Confused website.”

We want to clarify that we are a comparison website and do not set the prices ourselves. All the premiums displayed are calculated and provided directly by the insurance companies on our panel. They determine the cost based on statistics with similar details, and their rates can change frequently. To help figure out why your price has changed, please first check for these common changes: Did the payment method change from annual to monthly? Did you add or upgrade any optional extras? (e.g. add legal cover, add/upgrade breakdown cover, upgrade courtesy car to hire car) Did you upgrade the cover level? “The process is fine as are the prices, however, the so called REWARDS system is a joke. If you buy more than one Insurance Policy per annum their rewards handlers go into melt down and suspect you of being a scammer. Confused, you let yourselves down, rubbish”

“Easy to log on and get a good price comparison as my renewal with my current insurer was shocking I managed to get a much better quote and went with it so glad I compared prices as I think to many people don’t bother and I strongly recommend that they do”
