“Ironically the process of getting signed up for (in my case home insurance) and, even more so, claiming the rewards offered in very, very confusing indeed. I don't want to use their app - but the process seems to be built on pushing the customer to do so. So to recap - the whole thing is both confusing and leaves you feeling pressured.”

“Easy to use the quotes were in order cheapest first with my requirements all covered .it was simple to choose which quote and then go to the chosen website and arrange the insurance and pay. Job done✔️✔️”

“Renewed last week, have had nothing but messages asking me to Renew. Have all information from tesco no problems but confused have no information about my renewal on their app. No information about my deals with free coffee etc. A lot more hassle than last year.”
