“Just because I used the site on this occasion does not really correlate to my likelihood of actively recommending to friends or colleagues. However if they asked me what did I get my insurance I would of course tell them. Hence the score given.”

“The site is easy to use and a good comparison site with a good offer to look on the site. However, last year I tried to get my offer of a £20 just eat voucher and never ended up with it. Seems contacting Confused customer services and Just eat services don't want to know when there's a problem.. Let's hope it's better this year!”

“I had an account set up from a previous year, so this made it a more rapid process to perform a wide search of insurance options. Confused presented a lot of alternatives to look through that a local broker/ agent had not considered.”

“Finding a qoate for insurances was simple and easy. There are rewards mentioned at first but when you go through payments etc there is no clear message of how to redeem rewards. I think a lot of people like myself miss out on rewards.”
