“Struggled with editing. 3 times I changed details yet when I returned despite refreshing the browser nothing had changed. I started a complete new quote in desperation and prices had increased. Despite this I found a quote and accepted it.”

“I’m ancient and not computer literate. There was a competitive deal from Hastings that expired at midnight. At 11:30pm I tried to take advantage but it was impossible to buy online. No idea why, probably my error but thought that I should mention it. See you next year!”

“Moving out of my parental home into a HMO I needed to find insurance specifically for my rooms rather than a house or flat. While there is no specific filter for HMO Room insurance there are selection options as you progress where "A shared house" can be selected. I realise this is a reflection of an insurance market which is lagging behind the housing market and not in Confused's control. On the whole the process was smooth and I found appropriate insurance quickly.”

“I gotta a quote off the confused.com I rang Hastings gave my quote number and was told for what I wanted it would be more. when filling in my details on Confused,com I said I wanted legal and emergency. But these were not included in the quotes.”
