“Was exactly that, confused offered me a quote would not let me access that unless I logged in, then when I done all that , I look for excess of £50 to £100 this was a £250 excess, so it never even recognised that. So in all I wasted 30 minutes.”

“It gives a price but then when you click on the link to accept, there are then add on extras to choose from. This is after filling in details of what you wish to be included at the start, so you have to do it AGAIN....AND fill out all your details AGAIN so takes a long time and is very repetitive.”

“Usually I give this company full marks, but this time I was not entirely happy with the service. First time took out the insurance for them to ask me questions about a claim that I made 15/16 years ago. Cancelled. The second one, I again took it out to then be offered a new lower price for the same company. Not amused.”

“Very easy process that took the guess work out of it. It was my first time purchasing contents insurance and I had no idea about it but everything was easy to understand and fill out. The only negative was that it was quite hard to edit the quote amount without having to go through lots of steps as well. I also realized that putting the content amount higher in the quote would push the price up but not actually change the policy you were buying. So you could buy the same policy for more based on your answers, which was quite cheeky.”

“Simple to use website, prices are mostly competitive with added bonus of rewards. The rewards are only relevant if the prices are competitive in the first place, often they are (but it is always advisable to check every time...)”
