Very easy to use, once I signed in, my details were there agin I just needed to update which saved a lot of time. My only gripe, which is probably nothing to do with confused.com, when I followed the link to the provider, in this case, Hastings, I could not proceed with taking up the policy? Even tried re-entering my details on their site, got same error message, only option was to telephone! I had no desire to spend half an hour on the phone, going through all the stuff I had already been through online, ( several times at different times of day), only to be told a different price to the one on your site! So I went direct to my employ for insurance, had to pay more, but no messing about! Please inform Hastings they have lost a customer and if I were you I would stop having them on your site if they can't sort their systems out !!!

it was quite easy to complete the home insurance through the internet however when i telephoned MBNA I found it very difficult to understand the English accent as the person was from India

It was difficult to get accurate information on detail of the policy from the website. I searched for extended holiday cover but the devil is in the detail. Was quoted one price after talking to agent, only to find two hours later when went to pay it actually was not available because the insurer had withdrawn product.

Home insurance is a minefield I used various comparison sites and tried to go to direct line . Home insurance was best price on confused . But landlord wasn’t ….. no it was £110 extra a year for very basic on buildings 2 bed eot landlord…. over build and contents 4 bed detached bld and on contents… mad …. So expensive no extras at all

Total frustration trying to purchase Hastings Premier insurance! The contact staff appear to be on the other side of the world or so it sounded as the Phone connection was dreadful. After the third attempt to purchase the insurance I gave up because the latest contact person couldn’t trace on their system details I had Provided to the previous contact people and requested all details to be sent again at that I told them to forget it.

I find it quite annoying when I make a minor adjustment to any quote that price is automatically increased ? When I am quoted in the region of £260 and end up paying over £300. I suspect AI is involved ? I also find it disappointing that when allowing you access to my personal info that Anonymous doesn't mean that!...Lets just have a straight forward quote without the games please!

While it was easy to use.. the results showed products that did not include the "extras" I had requested.. and when I was taken to the sellers website, I had to add these back and the price shot up. This just wasted my time and it also seemed like a Ryanair trick, where you end up paying more than the original quote. I did find insurance from another company that was as "advertised"

Frustrating that specific items ie 2 electric bikes are not reflected in the quotes you have and therefore all have to be checked and quotes subsequently increased

The quotes generated were competitive but when I clicked on the link to the company I got an error screen so couldn't purchase the product.
