“I found the perfect insurance from Hasting Direct, however after several times of trying to purchase i gave up and in the end went back to my existing, whilst this was more expensive it was far less hassle.”

“The confused.com site is very easy to use and was quickly able to identify suitable insurance providers. My issues arose and hence the lower score was when I tried to contact to your first choice provider.. I was unable to contact to the site and complete my transaction. Had then 3 separate attempts to contact without success overall a poor experience in the end contacted the provider Saga via their chat app and was finally able to conclude my cover. I know need to ensure that I follow up with Confused.com to ensure I am able to collect my reward.”
