“Confused.com worked fine and pleased with results however Intelligent Insurance's web site was an utter abomination. When trying to buy their insurance product I found myself going around in circles and coming to a dead end at each turn. Needless to say they are losing potential customers until their site is amended to make it user friendly”

“Very happy with website and result just wasn’t happy with having to set up a direct debit for an annual purchase of insurance, that was with MBNA house and content Insurance. My usual purchase was always debit or credit card so I delayed due to possible scam”

“The problem was that my then current supplier was actually a couple if pounds cheaper than the one I changed to - so I didnt need to change supplier. So why wasn't this information available to save me the hassle?”

“I tried to pay for my new home insurance whilst overseas and the payment would not go through, so if you have some IP restriction on geo locations for payments, would be good to remove it as I had to ask friend in the UK to do it for me which makes no sense in todays world”
