Event more confused prices from the Halifax are all over the place A direct quote was substantislly more than that from congused.com....why is that? It put the credibility in doubt. confused.com have certainly confused the issue of where to buy which are s not very good. cheers Confused.

The transaction wasn't completed. I tried twice but it wouldn't complete. I don't know whether I am insured or not. !!!!!!!!

The site is very confusing I clicked on one thing and it was 43 4299 and then when it came back when I visited the thought it was 4399 and although it's only difference that doesn't make any difference it should have been the price that I was told

Having been in daily contact via Internet rquest for quotes I was never able to achieve the acceptance and pay section of Confused.Com. In short, I gave way to my confusion and will NOT be using Confused.Com or Sainsbury's Bank as my advisor/provider on this occasion. VERY disappointing lack of service.

A little annoying . You accept a quote then when transfer to the company they won’t insure you because of the level of cover you want . Why quote in the first place?? A waste of my time. I use confused for many policies every year but I’m doubtful I’ll use them again for home insurance

Was very confused by receiving emails every day giving mo R and more quotes after i had purchased my insurance. Also code didn't work for domino's 'reward'.

Why does car insurance automatically cancel the previous insurance company but house insurance doesn’t? Was a right pain paying twice!

Sainsbury’s website plaqued by technical error for 3 days now.Won’t let me complete payment.Tried telephone but gave up after waiting for several minutes on a premium rate landline without response.Very frustrating !
