I have no idea what the rebuild cost of my property will be. Also I have no idea if I can purchase just one hearing aid in the unlikely event of loss. Apart from that your use of a call Center apparently abroad with very loud background noise and very strong Indian accent doesn’t help.

They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. it it very VERY annoying that the insurer i was with last year does not show as any quote for this year. it has to be something like this as if i put in my ndn address it shows which is the MOST ANNOYING THING EVER and doesnt allow me to compare their renewal direct price with any price on your site which makes me verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry annoyed. PLEASE RECTIFY THIS IMMEDIATELY

The only good thing about this is the price. I got a reasonable price for my insurance. But the website wouldn’t work with any of my PC and I had to use my phone which is hard. Then insurer link didn’t work properly and I ended up having to phone them. A very difficult experience much worse than other comparison sites. I think you need to review your website.

Confused.com failed to honour their Reward (£20 gift voucher) for making my purchase of home insurance through them. I made contact with them via the e mail channel and it has been ignored with no attempt at contact being made. I regard this as a breach of contract and extremely poor customer service and therefore cannot recommend their services unless this situation is rectified.

I have water pouring through the ceiling of two rooms in my house, owing I suspect to a leaking central heating pipe hidden within the structure. The email from confused of 5th May tells me 'Congratulations - you are all set with your home insurance' yet actually OMITS to mention either the name of the insurer OR the policy number. I have written an urgent email to Confused.com and been shown a screen saying 'We aim to get back to you within 3-5 working days'. Utterly, utterly hopeless.

Too confusing. Original quotes bore no relationship to those I ended up with. And then they kept changing. Gave up and stayed with my original insurer.

Used Topcashback to purchase home insurance with cashback to reduce cost. Paid on 21/11, insurnace started on 1/12 and now 5/12. Cashback is tracking at £0. VERY disappointed. No idea how good the insurance is until I make a claim, which I have never done in the past.
