Site is fine. But are listed on topcashback and used them twice now with no payout. Won’t be fooled again.

They don’t get back to you about the rewards but take your money for the insurance. Make you wait far too long and I’ve missed out too because I’m of it.

Can't give you a rating because although I have been on your site and requested a quote for my home insurance which is due on 24 January I have not as yet made a purchase. I used the site last year and placed my home insurance through your site. I've had my renewal and the premium has increased by 66%. I have found a quote on your site which is a similar premium to last year so I will be renewing though the Confused. Com site in the next day or so.

I found a home insurance policy with Churchill which I wished to buy via Confused.com. However, I was unable to follow it through to the Churchill website as my login credentials were not transferred. I tried this several times and using different browsers. I phoned Churchill but they were unable to see my application, and taking the same deal direct with them would have been far more expensive. I was eventually able to bye the same policy via Moneysupermarket.com, but it cost me £20 more than what I was quoted on Confused.com. I found it disappointing not to be able to get the deal I saw because of what appeared to be a technical issue on the Confused.com website, hence the poor review. Of course, if you were to refund the £20 I lost, I would feel differently about it ! ….

I chose Admiral from your selection and have done all the form filling. Admiral payment system will not take payment after a number of attempts and rejects my card number early on in the process. The card is from a highly respected UK banking group and I have used it successfully for many years including the past few days. The rejection is stressful and has left me in limbo as to how to complete the transaction with Admiral. So I don't know whether I have purchased of not and how my credit rating might be impacted by the rejection. The card is 100% ok and is fully funded.

Got the quotes with pricing from Confused, then I have selected the one that I would like to proceed…. Then found out that the insurer does not accept my application after proceeding. So try again with another insurer, same thing happened. So why does Confuse not just provide me with the insurers that can accept my application. It’s waste of time getting quotes and then not get accepted

I found it confusing and misleading….you would initially flag up cheap quotations, under £200 some of them, which led nowhere, and weren’t real. I hate being misled. Especially re my house insurance. Which is hiked up shockingly each year, though I’ve never made a claim.Though my house is well looked after,has never had subsidence issues, is not in any danger from flooding, and is fitted with all the requisite locks. What a racket.

last year when i took out house i was supposed to getoffer of Hello Fresh meals after numerous contact with you your selves and also with hello fresh all of which went unanswered i never didget the meal offer not good enough

Used you for buildings insurance very few companies could quote and Tesco was the cheapest we have no claims for 9 yrs and when we went through to Tesco to buy they said they couldn’t cover the property? No explanation given. Total waste or time. Will not use you again
