“Found the process confusing. I did not understand how it was going to work. I added loads of info to the site and was offered a bunch of companies. Clicked on a couple and compared them - all good so far, then clicked on the one I wanted and paid for my insurance package. After that I began getting emails from Confused which told me they were doing the comparison's behind the scenes and getting the best deals but I had already pulled the trigger?”

“Good service and can save quite a fair amount on getting quotes and purchasing through Confused.com. However, although there are supposed to be rewards for using Confused.com and purchasing a policy through them, the rewards didn't exist and weren't easily available.”
