“There's an obvious issue between the Confused.com interface and that of the insurance companies when your quote is generated.
It all looks so clean and simple getting a quote this way to start with. We found the initial quote given by Confused is not the price necessarily then given by the insurers after you click the link on the policy. This feels disingenuous. The questions set up for consumers to answer on Confused.com therefore need to be more finely nuanced in order to give an honest price.”
