As we are a comparison website, we don’t calculate the prices you receive and these are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. You identify insurance options but do not identify how to purchase. You also need a degree in Quantum physics to negotiate a password

5 times, 5, 5 times I tried to complete an insurance quote through Confused.com and every one failed. There is absolutely no reason for this, I'm switching from one provider to the next, as I have, on occasion, for the past 30 years, always looking for the best deal. Never have so much trouble in reaching the end of the quote and completing the deal. I still don't have a new insurance provider so I'm going elsewhere.

I wasted time with this, it seemed to find a much cheaper policy than my renewal but when I clicked on this and filled in yet more boxes and a good price was offered a footnote said NO FLOOD INSURANCE INCLUDED! In your list of prices flood insurance should be mentioned.

The customer happiness center in your branch in Al Ain mall is always unmanned whenever I visit. Today I wanted to speak to the GM, and waited for 25 min before a senior manager came to see me. During these 25 minutes I ask 3 different people to call me the GM. I raised this issue of leaving the customer happiness center unmanned with the management then more than 1 year ago and was promised then to address the problem. During the last year I visited Al Ain mall branch repeatedly and always see this center unmanned. Is this what you call customer service or “happiness”

I would not recommend as ..it has changed entirely..you used to be able to actually speak to a person..not have to go online..for us 'older' group this is not always a good experience..it was before a site that went out of its way to help you.. sorry..but that is how I feel..the staff were always friendly and helpful.
