Bought home insurance via a cashback site. Confused tracked it as a car insurance purchase and declined the cashback. Confused a very appropriate name !!! Being asked to review a purchase that they say I haven't bought-- so where has my money gone?

Went through top cashback, you rejected cashback (assume because you offer rewards which I did not claim) . Hence cancelled policy and got cashback via one of your competitors

They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. Bought this home insurance so I could get rewards was sold the home insurance but when I tried to claim reward doesn't recognise my postcode and when contacted Confused no reply no response not happy at all

This confused.com actually confused customers, l choose a lnsurance company for home insurance, and l also bought the insurance, when I called to inform them that an information need to be update, the agent change me more money, l explained that this not my mistake the confused.com confused me,why put wrong information? After long conversation I requested to cancel my insurance. I was really not happy. Hope in future the confused.com do not save wrong information and confused customers. Thanks in advance for looking into this issues.
