I have completed the forms via the link and paid via online banking, but I have not recieved conformation, and I checked my bank, and as yet the payment has not taken from my account, I am very concerned. Can you confirm that the transaction has gone through I assume it has, as I have just recieved this EMail, thanking me for insuring with you.

The confused house contents drop down box makes No allowance for wheel chairs or mobility scooters. Hence the quotes are vastly understated, when you go to the insurers website and add a wheelchair/mobility scooter, the quoted price is more then doubled. Other comparison sites INCLUDE wheel chairs / mobility scooters in the list on the drop down box, hence you get accurate quotations from the outset. Maybe disabled people don’t fit Confused demographics.

We were very disappointed in results. The directed policies were not compatible with Grade II listed buildings despite us putting in the correct parameters. Made the results list a total waste of time. Ended up going elsewhere.

I received an email saying my home insurance is due and renewed only to find out that I have 6 months left on my policy, it took me over an hour to get in touch with someone to cancel it and 3 days later not even got a refund.

Whilst you had my details on file correctly, the quote that was better than my insurer didn’t include my wife’s electric bike. I had to cancel and then go back to my original insurer.

Prices are much higher than offered directly. The cheapest gets bad reviews for payouts for claims.
