“I used the website last year and my circumstances have not changed, so all my details were there and one or two were updated automatically, (eg number of years at address), which saved me a lot of time. All my new quotes were set out clearly, I chose one and was directed to their website. All my details were there and I only had to check over them before paying. It saved a huge amount of time. My previous insurer had increased my new quote by almost 100% with no apparent reason so I'm very glad I used Confused.com to compare quotes - I saved nearly £150!”

“The low score was because the process of finding insurance was very easy and the comparison tool worked well. The problem was that after taking out the AA insurance from my recommendations the Benedict’s/rewards cited by confused.com were not given”
