“I really like Confused.Com and have used it for years. I like the free hot chocolate every month and the freebee each time I take out or renew a product. The one slight issue is that I am never sure whether my calim for a reward has been received as I don't hear anything for quite a long time. If this was quicker, I would award full marks”

“This is my first time with Confused! I found the process very simple and straightforward. I only wanted policies with a 4* Defacto rating! My first efforts returned 5 policies that were cheaper than my previous provider. All met my requirements so it really was a case pick any one of 5! There were 3 that I had heard of and 1 that had 3 options. I chose the most expensive of the 3 which was £20 less than my renewal. I will get a £20 voucher so all in it works out to be £40 less. I'll check my car insurance when that's due as well! Very Happy with my experience!”
