Here is how to claim your reward after buying car, home, or van insurance:
Open the app: Start by downloading or opening the Confused.com app from your device's app store/play store.
Claiming: Go to the "Rewards" section, log in, tap "Claim my reward" and complete the required questions on the reward claim form.
Timeline: We then need to verify your policy details (like your policy number and insurer). This can take up to 14 working days.
Make sure your push notifications are on so we can let you know when your reward is verified! You can then redeem your wallet balance for a brand of your choice.
