“I struggled with setting up the new policy, payment would not go through and other issues too. I was not sure if this was because I used your site or an issue with the insurance provider. I wasn't even sure if you knew I had taken out a policy at first. It just wasn't as smooth as with other comparison sites. Anyway, the insurance company rang me and are sending me £30 compensation for the difficulties I experienced which were very frustrating and time consuming. Also I have been on your app and can see you know I took out the policy and am awaiting my reward, thank you.”

“I find Confused,com very easy to use and worthwhile financially. Many insurance companies put prices up substantially posibly doubling or more the previous year’s premium and people pay out of apathy because they haven’t inquired about other options. Confused.com does all the hard work. It’s really good. Great in fact, I saved well over £100.”
