This is my first time with Confused! I found the process very simple and straightforward. I only wanted policies with a 4* Defacto rating! My first efforts returned 5 policies that were cheaper than my previous provider. All met my requirements so it really was a case pick any one of 5! There were 3 that I had heard of and 1 that had 3 options. I chose the most expensive of the 3 which was £20 less than my renewal. I will get a £20 voucher so all in it works out to be £40 less. I'll check my car insurance when that's due as well! Very Happy with my experience!

My quotes were calculated quickly without the need to put in too much information as previous quotes are used to provide most info. I was presented with a number of good quotes and based on the rewards offered was able to choose a quote that gave me a good price without too much excess, I had cheaper quotes elsewhere but the rewards more than compensated for this. Quick and easy process, the only downside is the time it takes to verify the rewards - still waiting. Would recommend to everybody, at least give it a try.

This was a really comprehensive guide to various home insurance policies, it was very easy to compare them and see which were best value for money. My previous insurers, Privilege, had raised my annual premium by 25% to £475 (for automatic renewal). By looking at Confused.com I was able to find an identical if not better policy with AA Platinum for only £262! Highly recommend Confused.com.

Confused.com provided me with a number of quotes for Buildings and Contents insurance, and the AA quote was the best and saved us several hundred £'s on our existing provider. Thank you Confused.com !

Unfortunately since registering with confused.com I have been subject a huge amount of spam emails not insurance related also the insurance options provided under "listed buildings insurance" where whollet inappropriate would have let to under or incorrect insurance provision
