“Confused.com! Certainly confusing. Got a quote & then went to the providers website by clicking on the link, & the premium was over 10% higher than the premium confused.com had quoted. Spoke to the provider & they say that the premiums given on confused com are only a guide. Well, what's the point then!!!?”

“Pricing was great, happy with that but the transition from confused site to insurers site was not so easy, got 90% there and then would not transition any further (tied 3 times), insurer says this happens a lot and best just to ring them direct if we had problems, which we did in the end and took out cover. :)”
