“The app and Confused web site are nice and friendly to navigate and input the required details and policy information. The only reason I have not marked a higher score is that this year I have not received a reward notification from confused.com and last year I was rewarded with a nice Halfords voucher and a monthly hot drink from Greggs bakery. That was very welcome and a nice way to reward returning customers who have been satisfied with Confused.com and their services for a long time previously.”
