The thing is, yes I would recommend someone else use a comparison site, but what is there that might lead me to recommend Confused.com over other comparison websites. As the end user there is little difference between the experiences that I perceive!

Very dissapointed. I cann't claim my rewards, as my samsung Galaxy 7 edge is not compatable with your app. So can't claim. If l had known this previously, would have used a different search 😖

Had trouble with your Website. Tried twice to place the order both times did not work - with no explanation. Eventually, had to resolve issues by telephone. Your Website needs some attention.

At least some insurers on the panel either didn’t receive the full information input into your site or ignored it resulting in the wrong policy being activated and the resulting hassle in its cancellation. Tesco’s site was one of the best.

Easy site and good price. only problem was I have car insurance with esure and it turns out that you can only have one policy with one email address. It took me quite some time and a chat with the advisor to find that out. If you only have one email address you cannot have home and car with esure.

Whilst the range of quotes was excellent 2 of the quotes Churchill and another that I attempted to purchase were unable to fill in the correct address. Churchill manged it on the application form but were unable to do so on the direct debit form even after I went on Churchill chat when I asked the question I never received a reply.

Excellent quote UNTIL you go to the websites Add this Add that Not covered for this Not covered for that Then when you get your final price it is more than you have been quoted originally So what's the point ?
