“fairly easy to use,although my son helped me to navigate the site. had to deal with a query after initial acceptance ,and a human agent raised this and same person got back to me .that was important as AI or bot would not have worked as well”

“I have always used Confused for my insurances having the bonus of a reward, but it has all changed this year, you have to now download an app to receive your reward, so if you can't download an app you will no longer receive your reward, so it is probably time to switch to another comparison site where you don't need an app to receive your reward !”
