Typical click bait price, half the usual premium, then you go through to the insurers website and it's more expensive than current premium. Very disappointed.

Quote came up with incorrect information after i had purchased ,disappointed with this as I bought a inferior insurance based on details given from list of original qoutes.

I found a perfect deal with axa spend 45 mins discussing said deal with one of their workers (who retrieved my quote) only for the quote to change at both ends totally randomly! Total waste of my time

Not great, as I have tried several times trying to purchase a home insurance only for it to tell me there is a 'technical problem' I am without a home insurance cover and over due!

Website of your recommendation policy Getsafe didn’t work. Could not access the policy to purchase it. Attempted numerous times but failed so gave up. A waste of my time, not impressed. Gave a rating of 1 as there isn’t an option to give a 0.

Ended up using GoCompare as Confused.com site wouldn't work. Tried 3 times to buy insurance through Confused com with no joy. Very disappointed.

34% increase in price in less than 30 days. Same company Same terms, same risk. As a pensiker on a fixed income i don't get a 3% increase yet am expected to find 33% in less 30days

Confused.com gave incorrect renewal date regarding my buildings and contents insurance. This meant I paid twice for the same policy type. I've now got my money back, no thanks to Confused.com. Won't be using them again.

I inputted details correctly into Confused.com but then the chosen home insurance supplier contacted me to tell me that details were incorrect and so my £100 compulsory excess was now having a further £1,000 added to it. I checked my quote and I had completed everything correctly but somewhere between the Confused.com system and Acorn Home Insurance system, there had been an error made. I decided to continue with my current provider to save on the hassle of any further incorrect quotations that get changed without agreement beforehand. I cancelled and asked for a refund from Acorn!

Told me my house insurance, which was purchased through Confused.com was about to run out and as it was nearly Christmas I was busy I just renewed only to find out ut was not due till June 22 but money for premium had been taken and a week later still no refund. If you are going to use them make sure you don’t just renew as they are very slow st returning premiums and NEVER their fault.

Spent a fair bit of time completing form. Was provided with Admiral but unable to complete purchase. Had to call Admiral who said some details were not pulled through. By end of call my quote had doubled on some small info that I had submitted. Waste of my time and typical of these websites. Premium is rarely the same as quoted.
