I am confused and concerned that when I went to pay for the new insurance an alarm / concern came up telling me not to pay it !!!! Obviously meaning it could be a fraudulent company?. Surly you must look into your providers selling insurance before letting them use your platform.

After inputting all the correct relevant information for home insurance cover required, Confused.com then gave me recommendations without the required cover which meant the policy I decided to use had to be cancelled after several phone calls. Very poor system which has made life more difficult in getting home insurance. Warning to other users, read the detail of cover before committing to a purchase!

Prices shown on confused.com were not correct. 2nd lowest quote was £191. Company when contacted was a broker who gave price of £490! Completely unacceptable. Very disappointed.

The advert on confused.com promised vouchers to spend at Aldi , Halfords or others. I bought home insurance but have not seen any voucher

The quotes were some of the most expensive I've seen. There were very few offered compared to other comparison sites.

this years renewal was awful, the programmes were or appeared misleading. the confused site was glitiching which resulted in a price increase...the prices were not commnesurate with private or agency broker prices...the only reason i went with you was because of the £20 voucher....confused appears to be losing its grip?

Absolute rubbish! Tried to purchase the house and content insurance. I have done my application online. With the reference number I have tried to purchase the policy by telephone call. No one is answering the phone calls for over few days now! Seems dodgy!

Typical click bait price, half the usual premium, then you go through to the insurers website and it's more expensive than current premium. Very disappointed.

Quote came up with incorrect information after i had purchased ,disappointed with this as I bought a inferior insurance based on details given from list of original qoutes.
