Easy to use to compare insurance quotes and took out the policy but then could not claim a reward as confused.com wouldn’t recognise my address and I couldn’t put the claim through. Not happy as I could’ve used a different site.

After logging in and signing up to your website I purchased home insurance from Churchill. I then applied for a reward which was advertised but have heard absolutely nothing from you. This is really sad

Advertised you would receive a free benefit if home insurance purchased through Confused but this does not happen - postcode not recognised when trying to claim this

Your system is confusing.no pun intended. When you have buildings and contents. If you had a claim on contents. Like us. you should be able to protect your no claim,for buildings. No claim in over 10 years. But your systems, penalise,us for having a claim,on contents, so you hit us for both.buildings and contents. That's not right. That's why,Your rating us low.

I did not want Caroline Cripps on the policy but it was impossible to remove her name so I could not insure the building. There needs to be an ability to change or remove names. When I reverted to the insurer Swinton, they could not retrieve the information so I just wasted about an hour.

Quote was incorrect and excluded me and my £28000 of items altogether. Only a long and expensive phone call corrected the error.David pullen

I selected Admiral Insurance, filled in all the forms, paid by credit card (I assume paid) at that point it all went pear shaped. I don't know if I have insurance or not. Not fault of Confused.com, but still struggling

The insurance "Admiral" quoted an agreeable price but when i visited Admiral by telephone They insisted i had made a claim with Saga- My previous insurer for 17 years..Although Saga refuted this claim when asked, supporting my 100% no claims and stating that no claim or cost ensued from a telephine enquiry to them,- "Admiral" called it an "Incident? " and wanted a large rise in premium from the Confused website quote.. I call that fraud..I was disgusted and continued with my Saga quote. No Reflection on Confused`s useful website but i will never deal with Admiral again ...Rob Pegg

Helpful of Confused to contact me before the premium was due, but they didn't provide a good list of alternate insurers - they only came up with insurers who would be more expensive than my current one. I went through comparethemarket.com instead to find the best deal.
