How come I get a qoute from several insurance companies and then several days later when I gom to buy the insurance the companies have vanished. A con no doubt as also the premiums have jumped up

Almost made me pay for home insurance twice by telling me my home insurance had expired. It had not because it is on autorenew. Kind of annoying to panic someone for clicks to your site. Sort it out guys.

Quoted the 2 lowest prices for home insurance. Neither of them was actually available so a lot of time was spent/wasted trying to chase these up.

Wanted home and content insurance. John Lewis cover quoted via confused.com on 21/03/24, but could not be bought due to a ‘technical problem’ on JL site, was assured it would be fixed that day. Next day confused.com not including JL prices, and next best price was THREE TIMES price offered before technical problem was resolved. I have now lost faith in confused.com prices being honoured by their partners.

The quotes I tried to progress with didn't reflect the information I had provided to Confused.com (adding bikes on and declaring a previous claim). Thus when it came to a final quote, they were significantly higher and not competitive.

Went through whole process when put through to provider they could not find quote which I wanted to buy. In that respect why bother using the search engine!

You provided quotes, when I pressed contact provider they declined to insure me …. No idea why . It’s a new build in a solid area and I haven’t made a claim in nearly 30 years

On my old iPhone 6, I was unable to take out home insurance via confused.com - a message appeared stating that my browser needed to be updated. When using the library’s computer, repeatedly when I got near the end of the insurance quotes a message appeared stating that your website had an error and I needed to start again! Recently, this happened twice in a row (which was a complete waste of time). The first time I got to the end but you then asked me to log into my account, which was unexpected and extra time-consuming.
