“Confused sent me to an insurance company that always fails to allow an online payment 10times plus, you can only purchase insurance on the telephone with a £15 charge. So confused does not show to true price and directs me to a poor quality company that has a dodgy way of getting more money out of the applicant.”

“Useful comparison app, but went to the website to compare 4 quotes. Bought the best one for me only to discover that reward only applies to the app. I used that to get quotes but don't get the reward despite using their website. Really annoying 😡😡 😡 The app is too small for doing comparisons, so don't get conned!!!”
