“Easy to use, saved me money on a better deal with a different provider. I don’t auto renew with any insurance and always use Confused.com, saves money. It’s not complicated, I’m in my 70’s now and found it easy to follow and complete.”

“Easy to navigate-very clear what you get-and what extras you need to consider-we have got additional benefits over last years policy for very little additional cost. However-we have not yet received email confirming our reward-3600 nectar points-CAN YOU PLEASE RESOLVE”

“I have purchased both, my car and my home insurances, using Confused.com and I found it easy to do. Very satisfied with the quotes provided and their rewards program. The reward I received, after my car insurance was verified, arrived within the 14 days as stated, but after purchasing my home insurance - it's been more than 20 days and it still hasn't been sent. That's my only complaint. I would recommend Confused.com as a great comparison site to use.”
