The quote I received from Confused was masasively different to that resceived from the company on identical data. he difference was approximately 200+ to 600+ pounds. Yes there were slight differences in the data; for example Confused was looking at 5 or 7 years past claims whilst the company was looking at 3 years but this difference should have closed the difference. Confused page was suddenly deleted with no warning.

The quotes received did not take into account that some of the roof was flat even though this was clear from the criteria supplied. It was also not possible to show that some walls are stone and others are brick. This is a shame otherwise would have been very useful.

This will not be the price you pay, home protect Please add the things that normal people want from ins into the premium and not exclude to draw people in then add not impressed

I was sent an email saying I would get a £20 reward to using confused.com to provide home insurance. I used them for both home and contents, however no follow up or reward to be seen. Other than this it has been good experience. Pet hate of mine to overpromise and underdeliver, which is clearly a case of.

They advertise on the cash back site ‘Topcashback’ offering £35 cash back on new home and contents policy but don’t pay out. If you claim a reward (Halfords voucher/car wash voucher etc) they don’t pay or if you get a quote from Confused. Obviously you’re gonna get quotes from the comparison sites!

Afternoon providing all details and receiving the cheapest quote, none of them would honour the quote the their website was visited. This is not the first time it has happened and is most frustrating

Cannot make payment due to "technical difficulties" online. 12 attempts over 3 days ended in failure. Calling the landlines to pay was just as bad, poor quality connection and was told to ring back as they were having technical issues- for 3 days?

I tried several times to buy the insurance but Confused were unable to put me to the correct page. sky advised it was an issue and to buy directly from the Sky App.

Using confused was straightforward but every time I tried to set policy up especially with sky it would not let me go any further and kept saying tech fault. So have gone with compare the market
