The provider needed additional information and this bumped the price quoted by 50%. What's the point of using confused! I certainly am.

Once I selected the insurer of my choice my quote was not found on their site and I was required to log into the sites directly and fill in the information all over again. Also on the sites I was not given the amounts that were shown on confused.com....all in all a complete waste of time and energy and false advertising

I was disappointed to discover my free recipe box with Hello Fresh wasn't free. I therefore feel I have been cheated and will not go for this so called free gift. If I can change this I would.

As a company you are arrogant and contemptuous, you do not list telephone numbers and your suppliers ( M and S Bank) lists two telephone numbers which are no longer used, hence they could stick their policy up their arce.

Wasn’t very pleased with the repetitive questions after completing them online then having to repeat when referred to the insurance company. Only to be told my property wasn’t suitable for the type of insurance I was requesting. This should have be made clear after answering the questions initially. Confused should of only offered companies that are able to offer insurance otherwise what’s the point in asking the questions.

I selected One Call and paid £193.97. The policy document that came up had CANCELLED written across it and the dates were one year old. I tried to contact One Call on each of 4 telephone numbers. Every one was no longer in use. I then tried to use the3 chat boxes. Not one of them was active. I informed my bank that i thought I I had been scammed. They reimbursed my money and said they would investigate. I also sent 2 emails to One Call; no reply came.

I tried to set up a home insurance policy, but when I chose one I was not given an option to pay directly in full. Every time I was forced to enter bank details for a direct debit payment. I will not be using your service again.

The offer from Tesco was unavailable to me! No reason given and always still on your list as the cheapest. I contacted my existing insurer and got a better deal than you could! I guess your service is just confusing. Very well named though as it left me thoroughly confused Ha ha!!

The cheapest tesco building insurance wouldn't work when going via confused.com (kept saying sorry we couldn't offer you this product right now) but it worked fine when going direct from tesco bank homepage and quotes worked out the same
