Found the quotes on Confused not as good as other comparison sites for exactly same firm and exactly same plan.

Very slow system. It doesn't show what has been inputted. Check and double check because of this. When you try to complete your insurance the, "Sorry there is a problem, please go back to comparison site!" message comes up! Very slow and unreliable

The quotes given did not include all the extras I required. When these were added, price went up significantly. I expected the quotes to contain all that I wanted but they did not.

The system itself is ok. However when going back in quite often the prices have changed (which you are warned about) and also the parameters ie NCD protection, legal cover, windscreen cover etc etc. Not all quotes allow you to select or deselect these parameters to tailor it to your requirements.

Still have to write everything down to remember each insurer, just as confused 🤔 as ever and not talking to a person 😤. Unable to purchase from Allanz , some reason , Sorry unable vto insure you. No reason given. 🤔😤

When these search engines were first invented they gave the customer more power to search large portions of the world of finance, the insurance industry and money markets. I think these days to many of these vehical insurance companies have to many direct connections to many of these site's and that scew's the playing field to far into the large companies favour. In short they are far less useful or effective for the consumer.

Well, I thought I bought and paid for car insurance last year, money was taken. I was sent a letter this month to say my insurance is due again and will automatically be taken from my account. But when I log into the site is says I don't have any insurance! What the heck is going on here!

I was planning to purchase a newer car. However, I didn't buy a car or insurance because, sadly, my insurance has increased by over £125.00 with absolutely no additional extras, not even windscreen cover. This is part of the policy of 15/15/15 for 2030 - look it up.

I inputted all the details online then when it came to payment I was advised I would need to go on a web chat to complete the process. The initial chat was a bot then got moved to an agent. This process took 45 minutes to complete as was poor to say the least. Every question I was asked on the chat has been inputted already on the initial form. I get you need to check things from time to time but this process was slow as I was constantly waiting for the agent to reply. They were probably answering multiple messages from customers.
