Just a question of following a link really. So the Confused.com input is miniml. Find it handy though.

Quote suddenly went up £120 for no reason don’t know why, went with it as it was still the cheapest but all the other quotes went up as we were looking at them🤷‍♂️

In the end I did use 1 of your choices but I already had been offered the price from Hastings, but thanks.

Lots of good priced offers, the cheapest was with Saga which I took, but a few days later they added another £103 to the price quoted by Confused.

Confused.com made choosing an alternative car insurer much easier than I thought.

It was unclear that the policies I was quoted were only for a provisional license. My fault really, but when they came up as comprehensive I thought they would only last until my daughter passed her test, but it wasn't clear and I realised it would be annual policy that would still have to be repaid for the whole year. Confusing...just like the company name!

We opted for Insurance with a policy with One Protect, through your website. I was happy with the price, however when I checked my bank account they had charged me the agreed premium plus a further £108, I rang them and they said you ticked for additional cover. I did not! We never go for excess protection or increased legal cover. After a lengthy discussion on their chat line, they agreed to refund the additional £108 , which I am yet to receive. I am not confident as I hoped with the insurance now.

It's OK but you get bombarded with reminders and the quote from a chosen insurer didn't work when went to their website and had to put all the info in again ..

The first insurance provides a good deal. Then suddenly for other cars of similar type prices build up. It's possibly insurers that do this, but Confused etc can protect against tracking

The web site was easy to use and processed the quotation quickly however once redirected to the insurers site the price increased significantly.

Prices quoted not as competitive as various other sites or insurance providers. I still have 7 days to choose my mothers car insurer!

The process was very straightforward and the shortlist came up very quickly. Admiral were the cheapest quote so I chose them. When I tried to sign up they put the price up by £100 because I had not informed them of an incident when someone drove into the back of my car whilst it was empty. The claim was on their insurance and my no claims was intact. So, I chose Aviva who did not make any changes to their quote as a consequence of the no fault incident.

I had to give up with it as asking for car insurance quotes when clicking on a quotes for information I was presented with a full screen message telling me that I had been BLOCKED. trying to resolve this I found email address for Confused.com and tried to mail for correction, was unable to send mail due to notice telling me I had been Black Listed.. My email account is now unable to send mail to anyone due to black list. Thank you for your interest,

Could be more useful if: 1. Email confirmation reflected the options selected rather than the base quote; and 2. Retrieving a quote displayed the exact quote details submitted rather than going back to a previous year's one and losing all the up-to-date information

I am not a whizz-kid at online instructions and ended up totally frustrated. I have reluctantly gone back to my current insurer even though quite expensive, at least I can maintain cover.
