DOES EVERYTHING FINE BUT SADLY THIS YEAR THEY DID NOT HAVE A COMPETITIVE QUOTE. THEY HAVE BEFORE BUT AS WE KNOW EVERY YEAR THE MARKETS DIFFERENT. THE INSURERS HAVE OBVIOUSLY JUMPED ON THE PROFITEERING BANDWAGON THE SAME AS MOST CORPORATES. WE HAVE ALL BEEN TOLD OVER AND OVER THAT INFLATION IS HERE AND THESE CHAPS ARE ONLY TOO HAPPY TO OBLIDGE ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHERS SO I MANAGED TO GET A REDUCTION ELSEWHERE BUT IT WAS TOUGHER THIS YEAR.

Quite useless, and a waste of my time. Quotes duly arrived but of the 2 selected the first was a "no quote" at pay point?? The other started at £720 but again "no quote" at pay point. So i rang this time and asked what was going on. Had to go through all questions again, I dont know why as they already had my answers. By the time I'd finished the premium had risen to £990. Basically, these companies just put a random premium up then get you to call them. In other words ANYTHING to get on top if the 'leader board'. As I said, waste of time. No thanks confused.com. I'll do it myself in future.

I have recently purchased car insurance from Tesco through your website. However, I have not received any notification from Tesco or documents. The deposit payment has not as yet been taken from my bank account. Please review as a matter of urgency. JH Wiggam

I could not by insurance from Yoga as you have passed them duff information about my driving licence. I sent you an email on the problem but am told I will have to wait w-t days for a reply. Not what expect from an “ on the ball company.

The prices change within for hrs to over stupid amounts of money and there's no justice for it ,it's just the fat cats lining their pockets ,it should be regulated more

You spend a lot of time entering your details and requirements. You then approach the cheapest quote providers to find they have totally disregarded your requirements. The table showed NCB was protected but when transferred to Tesco's website they ask for an additional £80.

I took up a quote from Admiral who then rejected my application after I had provided payment info. Common sense would tell an insurer to reject before payment. Either way poor stuff.

I have NOT bought a policy as I had to a no fault accident recently and needed to advise prospective insurers of that, but could not do so as I do not know what the cost of the claim is yet and may never know, as the cost will be born by the other driver's insurer. You need to update your site to make allowances for that sort of occurance.
