Yep it sent me to LV but their site said it wasn’t able to receive payments and to try again later. However the payment has gone through!! But there has been no acknowledgement and there is no one there today, or a phone number quoted to confirm , not sure if I am Insured?? It was supposed to switch over tonight at midnight. Can you chase them please

you get us, as customers, to fill out all our details, when I try to pay for the insurance I require, I am unable to purchase, WHY?. it is asking me to ring the insurance company, well I don't want to ring the insurance company, I just want to pay for the insurance, I also DO NOT want my insurance automatically renewing, this should also be another tick box that should be available, as I right this comment, I still havent purchased the insurance, I i cant do it without ringing the insurance company, I will go back to compare the market

I was given a quote which was very good, the quote was for a 30 day period. Unfortunately, nearer the time i needed the insurance, it had risen by £260!! I was well within the 30 day period, talk about confused.

Price is great but the moment you go to the insurer, your included extras are NOT on the insurers price. Why is it your quote is completely different from the insurers final quote. I may as well cut you out and just go directly to the insurer

You gave me a good car insurance quote, but when I went to make the annual payment I could not complete because the insurance company do not confirm my payment. I phoned Age.co and spoken to a helpful lady and now my car is insured for the next year. I do feel that you should provide help on the phone has not everyone can use online. This needs to be addressed particularly for older people.

Quote obtained from Peoples' Choise approx £100 less than competitors. Went to "check out" and complete purchase, and got a message advising there was a problem and that I should call insurer. It was ten past seven in the evening, and their lines closed at 7pm. I called next morning, and the quote I was offered was several hundred pounds higher. When I questioned this, I was told that the previous quote was "only valid yesterday". Disappointed as I would never have got the quote at the price offered on Confused. Ended up sticking with my current insurer Admiral.

I received information on best prices took out an policy and one day later received information on better offers. I appreciate the quick chages in prices and that you can cancel but not very happy about this
