When I put my reg in to your site its shows wrong vehicle details so I have to put my vehicle manually. When a quote comes through that I like try to contact the insurer and the insurer will then tell me its gone up. Overall a bad experience.

you should make the insurers disclose cars they will not insure before making people seeking a quote the drudgery of a twenty minute questionaire which at the end says sorry we do not quote for this car

Unfortunately when looking at the detail of the cover in the cheapest quotes they didn't include items that I had requested such as NCD and legal cover, the price then went above that of my existing company's renewal quote.

I believe I was misled on the the value of the reward as I was paid a reward last year and all the advertising states a second year it would increase but this is not the case

You put the qoutes on , i choose the cheapest and then deal with the insurer which isn't a problem bit last year one protect said I hadn't given all the information correctly, I was under the impression that you had given them all my details so when I purchased, I thought everything was ship shape, they told me I missed something out, and had to pay more for an adjustment. I dont really do the Internet and aas far as I'm concerned all my details are a matter of record, I dont deal with you directly but you send me the quotes l, I take the cheapest and purchase, if no one sends me my details before the 30 day period I'm not aware if any problems, I use to have to fillnout forms over the phone , in person or lately on line so I could answer all questions now it's advertised, bought, accepted and then the brokers pipull a fast one, probably not your fault but I just seem to be piggy in the middle and I can't remember all my details unless I'm asked or constantly filling out questionnaires !!! I should be sent a copy before purchase to peruse the paperwork and correct any problems. I use to have copies in my house thise days are gone , I need more clarity either from you or the brokers who use you system!!!

I looked for my car insurance price in confused.com. I received email that said my insurance price is 306.59. But when I clicked on link to find my price 306.59, the price is 459.45. So it was confusing to use confused.com.

The cheapest option was over double what I received anywhere else. Definitively not value for money. Bought the same cover from the same insurer 500 less from Money Supermarket
