Prices are rigged How can jobs change the price of car insurance. How can I get quoted 4000 a year for a 2 litre car but for a 4.2 litre v8 it’s 5000£

Prices look great until you then go to the provider. You then have to increase everything to what it is you're actually after! It seems a bit of a cheap scam. Confused only put the lowest level of services to make your quote not actual useful levels

You may even receive multiple prices from the same insurer as they are offering policies with different levels of cover. We provide the option on the results page to filter via certain additional extras that you want to be included such as breakdown cover so that the quoted prices include these extras. Everything was great with app, web site and quotes. I ticked to get no follow ups and I have been inundated with calls 3 times a day. I will not go with these companies as they won’t stop calling.

From the quotes you provided when I went through to the provider they weren't giving me the policy that you had provided. Why would you show a quote if they are then going to turn around and deny the cover?

The site was helpful but the quote that was shown was not accurate- it was shown as being less than what it was when I went through to the insurance site to make the purchase. The Confused Website showed one price but when I followed the link to buy the insurance the actual price was £10 more with no indication anywhere as to why this was.
