“I attempted to do online transaction with another Insurance company. At 80 years old I had problems with payment. Resulting in contacting them by phone.Although I bought policy with them over phone the agent I spoke with was like a Robot and showed no Empathy and only was concerned about his script. I was not impressed. I am of a personalised nature and enjoy some interaction. They will not be on my selection on my next renewal.I know online is most Insurance companies preference but Eldery people can not always manage the stress and are not all Computer literate. It is nice to be nice.”
