“Confused as to be expected - good. However, Direct Line not so good. But this could be said of all the other comparison sites who come up with Direct Line as a quote option. Could not get through via digital technology. Had to rely on a good old phone call to get anywhere. I have insurance.”

“It was not easy to use the compare site initially because I’m not that good with IT things but after awhile I found it okay and it’s been good to use because of the comparison quotes given. I was able to get a cheaper quote than my previous Insurer had provided so it saved me money. In the future I will be using it for comparisons and learning how to get the best results. Wendy”

“Firstly - I don’t understand why I have to download the app to get a reward for making a purchase via confused.com. Then when I download the app I can’t access using my username and password combo and you appear not to know who I am even though you sent this email to this email address - so you must know who I am. Maybe it’s why your called confused.com - because that’s what you do to try not to build customer loyalty”
