“Eventually after 2 days I got it sorted. Frustrated by the input detail (such as my birthday) not being recognised (question kept coming back in red). Information generated by the system was again being displayed in red and I didn't know why. Couldn't contact anyone to help. When detail was complete it wouldn't display the range of price options. I chose Admiral and same issues of red type occurred. Got to conclusion, put in bank details incl. bank ref. no. only to find later that it had then been reacted. Eventually found Admiral cust. service rep. who spent some time correcting system errors.”

“The website was very easy to use and I was able to quickly get a range of quotes cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I was able to navigate the website easily and get through all of the easy to understand questions to get my car insurance quote. I had absolutely no problems with the website at all like it crashing or freezing and losing my progress towards my quote. It was very helpful to be able to edit the details that I had entered about my car and policy without having to completely restart from the beginning, It made it much easier to compare prices than on other websites.”

“Confused.com - Car Insurance has been a great help to me for many years. I have appreciated the timely reminder and the hard work being done so that I can simply compare relevant quotes. This is the first year I have remembered to sign up for the Rewards and I'm looking forward to enjoying my free hot drink from Greggs. When costs are running high it makes financial sense to save where you can and a 'free' cuppa is always welcome. Thank you for taking all the hard work out of a very necessary but stressful procedure.”
