“I received a quote of £263 from RAC Online and decided to accept . I went through YOUR LINK to the insurer and on completion was asked to Pay . I did so and within a minute was informed that it was a scam by Mastercard This was sorted and on complaining RAC Online was asked was asked to complete the form using http . I did and was quoted £438 and refused to honour your quote Waste of 3 hours . You have 3 major problems . Your code is compromised .Your promises are not valid . For someone with a major problem there is no living person to speak to , only very inadequate (IN)-Expert systems . Dr Gil Collins”

“Not the best to be honest. I had just bought a new car and Confused.com would not recognise the reg number even though it had been registered with DVLA and the VED paid. There was no way to get round the issue so I went elsewhere to get insurance and had no issues with the fact my car was new. Pretty poor really from Confused.com but the prices were good.”

“I was dreading the task of comparing car insurance, which I needn't have worried about. Easy website, not complicated at all. Excellent quick comparisons and not too many 'reminder' emails. I didnt' go with the cheapest quote as they added more costs as you went through their application, however I did get insurance with another company that was half what I was quoted by my current company. So all in all, a great experience.”
