“I eventually got to speak to a human being after nearly 4 hours of trying to do the transaction on my phone by which time I was in tears . I wasted the whole morning on the phone whereas if I had been able to contact a human to begin with it could have been done in 5 minutes. I am elderly and do not understand the workings of a mobile phone (they do not come with instructions) as I live alone I have no one to help me, it was a totally traumatic experience.”
