“I don't believe the insurance firms are researched correctly. Even though some of them have good offers, if you research their feedback from customers who have trusted your opinion(s) you may find a high amount of dissatisfied customers. Now every time I use Confused.com I have to check their eg. Trustpilot reviews. Which I shouldn't need to do.”

“Previous car and home insurance automatically renewed which were taken out using Confused.com. It took me a whole day to request refunds from old suppliers. I didn't consent to auto renew. Confused.Com need to resolve this before trying to help provide other quotes. I had unknowingly doubled up on insurances.”
