“I did a search for car insurance premiums but when I clicked on them to communicate with the insurance company, it just kept saying sorry we are experiencing problems, please try later. In the end, I went directly by phone and sorted it out. No exageration, I was online and on the phone for nearly 4 hours!”

“Probably not! Due to that fact that on four separate occasions I tried to pay online for my already expired car insurance. The quote was fine, within my budget but after my bank authorised the payment to you it would not go through. It also states on the website that you can only contact by phone when claiming on a policy but where is the phone number? There's only an email address to contact. Needless to say I have gone with another insurance company (one with an actual local office in the high street!) and their quote was a little more but I have piece of mind knowing there is a human being who could help if I need it. At least you have the right name for yourselves...confused!”

“Channelling my search for best Motor Insurance deals through yourselves I was able to remain with my usual Insurer and get virtually identical full coverage (to include Courtesy Car etc) at a reduction of more than £230 from the renewal premium it was originally demanding. Many thanks (Hybrid car owner).”

“Great way to check prices. It is a real shame you then have to spend a lot of time sorting through the quotes to see if they are supplying what you have asked for. It would be better to listen the companies that offer everything you asked for before the cheapest ones”
