“I used Confused.com and had made the decision to use the second company on the list. There was just one point on which I needed clarification. Seven attempts later at trying to determine the crucial information on their website and a futile phone call to their helpline, I gave up and purchased insurance from a company that had not appeared on the Confused.com recommended list at all but had been strongly recommended by some-one of my age and situation. My decision was not the due to the service provided by Confused.dot themselves and I would use them again if the occasion arises.”

“I got a quote but needed to change my address. so i waited in a queue to talk to someone but they never came and gave me no indication of how long it would take. when i came back to insurance proce went up. so i won't be making that mistake again. it is throughly depressing that you can just hike up prices willy nilly. I hate not dealing with humans.”
