I inputted all the details online then when it came to payment I was advised I would need to go on a web chat to complete the process. The initial chat was a bot then got moved to an agent. This process took 45 minutes to complete as was poor to say the least. Every question I was asked on the chat has been inputted already on the initial form. I get you need to check things from time to time but this process was slow as I was constantly waiting for the agent to reply. They were probably answering multiple messages from customers.
