I looked for my car insurance price in confused.com. I received email that said my insurance price is 306.59. But when I clicked on link to find my price 306.59, the price is 459.45. So it was confusing to use confused.com.

The cheapest option was over double what I received anywhere else. Definitively not value for money. Bought the same cover from the same insurer 500 less from Money Supermarket

I initially received an email showing the lowest insurance price available, based on my prior years search data only moving everything on by 1 year, ( age of car, no claims etc ) this all seemed very logical and sensible, so as the prices shown on the email were very attractive I was keen to explore further……. However when I followed the link the prices increased significantly, so I ended up not using confused.com. !!!

car insurance quote similar too other sites. the problem was obtaining free voucher that made me go with Comfused .com. would be far easier just too send voucher by post or email.

Get far too many quotes , with some having incorrect dates for my renewal , was left wondering when my cover expires. Had to double check , frankly found it a confusing process , which it isn't supposed to be

Impossible to make payment on line. Funds were approved by the bank (six times!) When contacting call centre I was obliged to give information not pertinent to my quote - such as do we have other vehicles, questions relating to our home insurance. Telephone agent was unable to answer several of my basic questions relating to the policy such as our allowance for taxi costs to return home after a breakdown.

Had trouble when renewing my car,you gave me a price of £478 which was 60 pounds more than last years, I was not happy and let you know. Nothing changed so I went with someone else and paid £360, when I phoned up to cancel the lady said we can do it for £353. Too late and I haven't swapped back. Do it for £300 for all the trouble you've caused and I will switch. Let me know ASAP
