The initial offers look great but then it’s very difficult getting information or details about the cover. Sure were particularly frustrating and couldn’t tell me breakdown cover details, so I gave up and went with my present insurer even though it was more expensive

After selecting an insurer from the list of providers on your site and proceeding to their site, we were advised that they could not insure us with no reason why. I contacted them by email and we are still non the wiser. If inputing all our details to your site and being offered a quote, how can they turn round and say we cannot insure you. Maybe you need to vet the companies that you use to save people wasting their time.

I was sent around the houses and when i tried to get from your site to Churchill essentials that site did not open for me and after trying many times i eventually had to renew my car policy with quote me happy again this year.

Checked a few comparison sites to compare the prices and policies with each other, would rather recommend that people check and compare as many comparison websites as possible, meerkat nearly got me with the free cinema deal, was only due to breakdown cover being a bit overpriced on one of the policies.

I found that the cheapest price on confused was not the same after moving to the insurance company and had to resort to the third cheapest price but it was owned by the same company as the first and second choice
