“Every year my car insurance jumps up on renewal,for no (stated) reason, despite my never having made a claim. Once you've done it once you know the drill. Straight on to Confused.Com for a lower quote - and £47 of freebies. It's a no brainer!”

“I am not happy at all about the services you offer, as I find it difficult to understand,especially about rewards and add your rewards, so many times I bought car insurance and home insurance without getting my rewards. So I am not really happy about your services”

We have notified all Confused.com customers from November 2025 the rewards has been updated as APP exclusive. We’re unable to locate a claim for a Confused.com reward under your email address. Here is how to claim your reward after buying car, home, or van insurance: Open the app: Start by downloading or opening the Confused.com app from your device's app store/play store. Claiming: Go to the "Rewards" section, log in, tap "Claim my reward" and complete the required questions on the reward claim form. Timeline: We then need to verify your policy details (like your policy number and insurer). This can take up to 14 working days. Make sure your push notifications are on so we can let you know when your reward is verified! You can then redeem your wallet balance for a brand of your choice. Ka, Confused.com Representative
