“Waste of time - despite me saying up front on your documentation that was for a leased car in name of finance companty I was still taken through oodles of screens and questions, then had to repeat some of these answers to the insurers own questions only at the very end to be told - we do not offer this! Like last year I lost another good hour of my life I will never get back - this is poor”
