“Recently I have had a nightmare trying to find affordable car insurance and was frequently using other comparison websites repeatedly however my first time using confused I was able to find exactly what I was looking for straight away. I would definitely recommend confused to anyone.”

“Each year I really hate having to trawl through sometimes complicated information looking for the best car insurance quotes and admit in the past to going with my existing provider to not have the stress and hassle. This year my price was up again and with no claims ever made was not pleased. I was looking for car and household contents insurance and decided to use confused.com. The process was relatively easy as they had my details and was able to save £300 on combined prices as opposed to a £67 discount from my previous provider Thanks confused.com”

“Misleading pricing. I explicitly opted out of telematics (‘Show black box policies’ unticked), but Hastings Direct was still shown as the cheapest. When I went to buy, the quoted price required 30 days of intrusive phone app tracking your movements(telematics) or an extra £56.97 to opt out. Bait-and-switch tactics like these completely undermine the comparison filters.”
