“Not a positive experience.. quite confusing.. and doesn't allow you to go back and check if all answers are correct.. and I think it jumps or feels it jumps questions so I didn't have faith in quotation”

“Sorry Confused.Com, but I put in criteria for what I am looking for and you ignore it! I put in £250 excess etc, and you give 50+ companies who don't meet the criteria I need to compare the my renewal quote without spending hours checking ever quote. Get your act together Confused.com”

Voluntary excess and Compulsory excess are 2 different excesses and this is set by your chosen insurer. “Website gave a quote and then when I went to complete and pay kept saying it wasn’t possible, did this for 3 days as wasn’t sure if the website was having problems but still didn’t work. Tried their WhatsApp which was another waste of time then found their telephone number spoke to someone who said they could sort it and surprise surprise the quote went up considerably. Won’t be using them and I’d like the hours back I’ve wasted”
